Welcome and thank you for considering Shawsheen Animal Hospital for your pet's care. Our goal is to offer you and your pet the best patient care and customer service possible. During every visit we strive to educate you so that together we can provide the best preventative wellness for your pet.

There are a couple of things you can do as a new client to help your first appointment run smoothly. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and bring your completed new client form with you. You can download a copy of the new client form from this page. This will allow us to gather some basic information about you and your pet. At this time, a medical record will be created and then your appointment can begin. We also need to have a copy of your pet's previous medical and/or vaccine history. If you do not have a copy please call us in advance. We will be happy to have a copy faxed over from your previous veterinarian for you.
